Returns
Unfortunately we don’t offer returns and exchanges because of storage and resale issues as everything is printed on demand, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at adagio@adagiomusicprints.com!
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at adagio@adagiomusicprints.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at adagio@adagiomusicprints.com.

Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at adagio@adagiomusicprints.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
